Seagulls Promenade is a hinged overpass along the Odesa waterfront, connecting the city’s main attractions with its branch.
The overpass has two levels: one for a high-speed electric tram and one for pedestrian walks. The first level will provide passengers with comfortable transportation in modern electric vehicles, allowing them to get there without obstacles.

The overpass’s upper “active” level includes an area for sports and a branch of high-speed electric transport, allowing you to cover 12 km of the barrier in just 14 minutes.
